I'm afraid Final Fantasy 14 being a PS3 exclusive is enough to make me temporarily forget about Natal. Guess PS3's back at the top of the 'must get' list for consoles again.

And lol. Sony are doing motion controly things too now. Wand like things that have a surprisingly similar effect to wii motion plus.

So I have one thing to say.

WAY TO FUCKING WASTE YOUR HEAD START NINTENDO. YOU'RE NOW ON THE SAME LEVEL AS EVERYONE AS FAR AS ACCESSIBILITY IS CONCERNED AGAIN AND ARE PUMPING OUT CASUAL GAMES. I HOPE YOU'RE PROUD OF YOURSELF.

Do want FF14 though. I hope it's not going to be like 11 and need a subscription. I would be very annoyed if that were the case. >=/

Also: wtf God of war. How pointless is the majority of the violence in that? I think cutting a Chimera's tail off, ripping off one of its horns and skewering it through the eye with it is on the borderlines between awesome and shark jumping. It looks like a nice battle system though. Y'know. Ignoring all the dumb 'RESS X TO WIN LOL' bits.

I think Sony needs to stop watching Nintendo conferences though. Too many statistics. They showed too many games though too, in not enough detail. I wanted to see Ratchet and Clank, but it just popped up for a bit in one of the "LOOKIT ALL THE SHINIES" D: They better have that appearing later on. And BG&E2. And Red Steel2. AND STAR OCEAN4, WHERE'S THAT GONE TO? D:

Okay so I just watched the Microsoft one kinda a bit. I skipped over 90% of it 'cause it looked like bollocks, but Shadow Complex will be interesting to follow. Looks like they've tried combining MGS, Metroid and some other awesome things and got a semi interesting looking result. Dunno just yet though. FFXIII obviously looks awesome.

BUT.

The main thing that could cause word eatage is this 'roject Natal'. If that works out well, I... will probably be getting an Xbox 360 and giving the PS3 a big 'Fuck You'. Gaming without the controller? That sounds like the first big step towards VR since the Wii was something new. Sure, they're adding the motionplus soon, but frankly that should've been there from the word go (holy shit I said a bad word against Nintendo?!). What I saw of Natal, it looked kinda... urpy, but it had the basis of awesome. So. If it works out well. Yeah. The Jedis will feel a disturbance in the force.

If they just fuck around with all these bullshit casual games for the whole thing again I am going to be pissed. MAJORLY pissed. I require metroid, Zelda pikmins, or something incredibly awesome with red steel2 to be appeased. And the new DS Zelda doesn't even count. It'll have to be one freaking kick arse train to impress me.

I hope this isn't the year that I am forced to hang up my title of Nintendo fanboy. Come on Nintendo, prove me wrong.

Who's gonna be watching what? I know I'll be watching Nintendo's one, only Sony's one if it ends before 6AM. Last time I was up 'till like... 7 or something watching them XD

Doesn't look like Nintendo's got a lot to show this year... Half an hour or something? wtf. It's just going to be Wii sports resort and the New Zelda or something lame isn't it >=/ Make more Metroid games, geez. Actually, make more games in general, geez. I hope Sony are announcing another PS3 price cut. I might actually be able to justify buying one soon.
