If you feel you have screenshotted an interesting pageview number of mine, show me and explain why it is awesome. Never know, It might be worth something... :0
So that didn't last long. New Lappy is dead.
-.-
It had been freezing and locking up at irregular intervals, and getting more and more frequent in doing so, so today I called the makers' tech support. During the process of trying to discern what the problem was, it froze. During both things. Now you can't even get to the login screen.
So they gave me a number, and apparently if I give it to the people at the place we got the laptop from then they'll replace it.
They're closed now though. So I have to phone them tomorrow to see if they have a replacement item in stock, and then I'll have to work out when we can go down to get it replaced.
Fun times.
Old lappy is so slow now...
Anyway yeah. I've now lost my game of portal, the things I'd been drawing in Opencanvas, a bunch of tedious soundfile changing I'd done, and all the other shit I can't remember.
So y'know.
Less than pleased.
This combined with moving soon means I don't know when/if I'll be on basically from now onwards. Might take a while to set up internets at the new house, might take a while to get some kind of laptop working in some kind of way, might take a while to get said laptop accepting said internets... so if I don't see you for a while - bai.

XD Naw, we're moving out of the rental house into the one we had built. I've not seen it yet XD

I would have to come and stalk you if you moved to Canada. :V
On an unrelated note, I actually almost got a student exchange to New Zealand. If I did I would have stalked you. xD

"They might kill you, but are otherwise pretty forgiving"
Well, at least it's under warranty.
You really have some rotten luck.
My desktop PC is made of win though. It's got about fifty bajillion viruses, none of the antivirus software removes any of them, but it still works perfectly. XD The virusy pop up things actually overload eachother or something, so it can never load any, I end up getting those "This program has encountered a problem and had to close" for the advert thingies. It's hilarious. My friend in England was such a technie and he refused to believe me until I showed him. XD Then he was like "....What the crap James. How did you do that?" XD
Laptops are obviously jealous.

Computers don't usually come with XP anymore unless you super-speshul order it, but that may be limited to North America. Everything is preloaded with Vista, but you can install XP over top of it.
You can run Windows on Mac, it asks you what you want to start up in when you turn it on. There are some programs out there that let you run Windows in windows while running OSX, but they're pricey and I don't know the availability of a download. if you're reeeeaaally desperate for a Mac, there are always ways to make games work. x]
Cheaper bet is installing XP over Vista though.
*Lolololol computer knowledge* That's what I get for working at Future Shop. xD
